General conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a53c7ed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a53c7ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sales contract enters into force from the moment the order is confirmed and the Customer has received the order confirmation by e-mail. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ba2e58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7ba2e58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Entry into force of the sales contract<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5387a2e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5387a2e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>These terms and conditions of sale apply between the customers of the online shop <b>orumaitsed.ee<\/b> (hereinafter referred to as the Online shop) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the online shop, <b>Oru Maitsed O\u00dc,<\/b> when purchasing goods.<br>The Online shop reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, which will be reflected on the page in an updated form.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f383b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0f383b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Prices<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-212e823 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"212e823\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All prices are in euros. The online shop reserves the right to change the prices, but in such a case, the price displayed at the time of the order will apply to the Customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-542142b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"542142b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-841876d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"841876d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It is possible to pay for the order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By bank transfer<\/li>\n<li>Via Modena (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>On invoice (prior agreement required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The order will be executed once payment has been received.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71354ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"71354ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Delivery to<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9c1b1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a9c1b1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.<br>The goods to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged.<br>To withdraw, a cancellation notice must be sent to info@orumaitsed.ee.<br>The refund will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of the cancellation notice and return of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>NB! The right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs and perishable products (e.g. open or temperature-sensitive products) pursuant to Section 53 (4) 4) of the LOA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c503e9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c503e9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Cancellation of the order and right of withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-168bbc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"168bbc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The online shop delivers goods in the following ways:<\/p>\n<p>Parcel machines: Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD.<\/p>\n<p>Courier service: Omniva, DPD<\/p>\n<p>Come and find out for yourself: Come and see<\/p>\n<p><br>Delivery time: usually 1-5 working days from receipt of payment. Submitting complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-813ac78 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"813ac78\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the event of non-conformity or defects of the goods, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint within two years from the date of receipt of the goods.<br>The complaint must be sent by e-mail to info@orumaitsed.ee with photos and description.<br>The online shop will respond to the complaint within 15 days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd828e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dd828e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Processing of personal data<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4534655 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4534655\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The customer&#8217;s personal data will be processed in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/orumaitsed.ee\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.<br>The data will only be used to fulfil the order and, where necessary, to provide customer support.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd94d72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bd94d72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Dispute settlement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcde874 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fcde874\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the Customer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the Customer has the right of recourse:<\/p><p>To the Consumer Disputes Committee<a href=\"https:\/\/ttja.ee\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(https:\/\/ttja.ee)<\/a><\/p><p>Via the European Union Consumer Dispute Platform<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr)<\/a><\/p><p>All disputes that cannot be resolved in any other way will be settled in the Harju County Court on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
