1. General conditions

The sales contract enters into force from the moment the order is confirmed and the Customer has received the order confirmation by e-mail. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions of sale.

2. Entry into force of the sales contract

These terms and conditions of sale apply between the customers of the online shop orumaitsed.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online shop) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the online shop, Oru Maitsed OÜ, when purchasing goods.
The Online shop reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, which will be reflected on the page in an updated form.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros. The online shop reserves the right to change the prices, but in such a case, the price displayed at the time of the order will apply to the Customer.

4. Payment

It is possible to pay for the order:

  • By bank transfer
  • Via Modena (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor, etc.)
  • On invoice (prior agreement required)

The order will be executed once payment has been received.

5. Delivery to

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The goods to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged.
To withdraw, a cancellation notice must be sent to info@orumaitsed.ee.
The refund will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of the cancellation notice and return of the goods.

NB! The right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs and perishable products (e.g. open or temperature-sensitive products) pursuant to Section 53 (4) 4) of the LOA.

6. Cancellation of the order and right of withdrawal

The online shop delivers goods in the following ways:

Parcel machines: Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD.

Courier service: Omniva, DPD

Delivery time: usually 1-5 working days from receipt of payment. More information on delivery methods and prices can be found at the checkout.

7. Submitting complaints

In the event of non-conformity or defects of the goods, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint within two years from the date of receipt of the goods.
The complaint must be sent by e-mail to info@orumaitsed.ee with photos and description.
The online shop will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

8. Processing of personal data

The customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The data will only be used to fulfil the order and, where necessary, to provide customer support.

9. Dispute settlement

If the Customer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the Customer has the right of recourse:

All disputes that cannot be resolved in any other way will be settled in the Harju County Court on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
